Janet was diligent, informative and involved in the entire process. She kept in contact, answered questions and promptly returned calls. Original escrow fell out because buyers did not qualify to assume a solar lease on the house. This happened very late in the process because buyers agent did not press the buyers to follow through with applying for the assumption in a timely manner. Janet handled that cancellation and relisted the house at a higher price and made sure the new buyers qualified for the assumption early in the Escrow process.
