Melanie was a lifesaver. We were trying to clean up and sell my brothers home that was about an hour away from where we lived. It was in awful shape. Melanie drove across town, met with us and was so encouraging. She was very knowledgeable about the area. She was honest about telling us what we could expect and didn't make empty promises. She constantly kept in contact with us even when it seemed things were stalling due to contractor issues. She always had our back. She was persistent and negotiated with the buyer to get the best deal for us. She was always willing to put our needs first. We are so grateful to her for walking with us the entire way. If we ever have a question or need a realtor we know she will be there for us. We won't even hesitate to call.

If you are a first time buyer, Oscar is very transparent and takes the time to explain the process and your options. Before we even looked at houses, he sat us down and explained the different types of loans as well as all other components of buying a house. He and his team were quick to respond and schedule viewing, which helped me get the house that I wanted. He has a team of people as well as connections to other businesses that allow the process to go smoothly. I barely had to lift a finger (other than to sign an extensive amount of documents). I would highly recommend him.
