As a first home buyer, I honestly had no idea what I was getting into when I started looking. My mom referred me to Michelle since she helped her and my dad, and I’m so glad she did because the whole process would’ve been way stressful without her. She made everything feel way less overwhelming and always took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense to me. I never felt pressured or left confused. She made sure I understood every step before moving forward. She genuinely cared about helped me get the home I wanted. She fought to get me the best deal possible and made sure everything with the builder and loan stayed on track. She really knows what she’s doing. Working with Michelle Calleros was an amazing experience from beginning to end. She truly listened to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect one-acre property for our family. She negotiated all of our closing costs to be covered, got the washer, dryer, and refrigerator included, secured a 2-year home warranty, and made sure every repair request was addressed. Best of all, we were able to purchase our home with no money out of pocket and move in before our lease ended. Michelle was always professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive every step of the way. Always communicative and helpful with common sense reasons for her suggestions. Being a homeowner in Pebblecreek really made a difference in that she knows the regulations of the community, knows the ins and outs of seasonal real estate. And has around 20 years in the business. We had a relatively short window of time to sell but she got it done. Very professional always and just so easy to work with.
