Our big mistake was not using Candise Klackle earlier. When our house was not selling, I opted to change realtors. Fortunately, I chose Candise who did a fantastic job with our house. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, the neighborhood, selling techniques, pricing, and staging, etc. She really was a breath of fresh air for us and a wonderful woman with whom to work. Her attention to detail and her communication skills are top notch. Together with her son Chris, they make a great team and I am now recommending them to everyone I know.
