Buying a condo in Ft Lauderdale was a daunting task ! ...I had LOTS of questions/concerns like, - is the market overpriced? - how do I find a deal ? is the condo association financially sound ? how do I protect myself from getting an assessment ? how do I get the right insurance ? You need a pro to navigate a FL purchase. Steve is perfect for challenge. He understands the market... He knows a lot of experts - his team in first rate. He is the kind of guy that will say "let me get back to you on that question" - if he does not know something (rare) - and quickly gives you spot on advice. Thanks to Steve, I found a perfect condo ,that is in great shape financially and exceeds my expectations ! I'm also confident that I paid what is was worth - but no more. Steve is warm, engaging and funny. But more importantly, he is no BS and will protect you as you navigate what can be a challenging purchase.
