My family had lived in this home for 53+ years. It was an extremely hard decision to make when we decided to sell. And not being familiar with the process of selling, I was more than a little overwhelmed. But Tomi and Aaron were kind and patient, always there to answer my thousands of questions and explain the process to me. They are very familiar with the neighborhood and kept me apprised of any activity in the area. A lot of memories where made in that home over the years and it was sad to say goodbye. But moving forward, memories will be made elsewhere and Tomi will be helping me find that place. Thank you Tomi and Aaron, for everything.

We were referred to Tomi thirdhand, via a friend of a work colleague who had moved down from out of state relatively recently. “You’re moving to the Ft Lauderdale/Wilton Manors/Oakland Park area? You absolutely MUST call Tomi, he is THE BEST.” And WOW…we couldn’t have possibly imagined how right he was!! Tomi really took the time to get to know us and what type of life we were imagining here, asked so many preliminary questions so he could understand our our needs, our likes/dislikes, our must-haves/flexible details, our desired price point/wiggle room. We just closed on our beautiful new home that HE had suggested—it hadn’t even been on our radar for some strange reason, but it turned out to be absolutely perfect. Buying a condo in Ft Lauderdale was a daunting task ! ...I had LOTS of questions/concerns like, - is the market overpriced? - how do I find a deal ? is the condo association financially sound ? how do I protect myself from getting an assessment ? how do I get the right insurance ? You need a pro to navigate a FL purchase. Steve is perfect for challenge. He understands the market... He knows a lot of experts - his team in first rate. He is the kind of guy that will say "let me get back to you on that question" - if he does not know something (rare) - and quickly gives you spot on advice. Thanks to Steve, I found a perfect condo ,that is in great shape financially and exceeds my expectations ! I'm also confident that I paid what is was worth - but no more. Steve is warm, engaging and funny. But more importantly, he is no BS and will protect you as you navigate what can be a challenging purchase. I closed a few days ago - but Steve was at my condo this am - helping me complete some tasks (not his job) - but that's Steve ! I strongly recommend Steve !
