As great an experience as one can have during life stylechanges of buying and selling

We have worked with Tom on 4 deals over the past 6 years. His friendly but professional character, market knowledge, thorough investigation and follow up are some of the best in the industry. Alfonso is extremely professional and dedicated

Alfonso guided us at every step of the process from explaining the perfect price to the day of closing. He demonstrated knowledge of the market as well as of interpersonal relationships. He was always making sure that our voice was heard. From the beginning, he was proactive in having all necessary documents and information for our listing I would recommend him a million times to anyone that needs a fabulous realtor. Excellent representation as if he were purchasing the property with me

I worked remotely with Tomi over the period of a few months. When I did visit FL, I felt he wasn't just my Realtor, but almost a partner in the purchasing process. He walked through each listing with a scrutinous eye and we created checklists to quickly determine if a condo fit my criteria and my tastes... he often knew before I did. As I was back in NJ for the closing period, he worked closely with my inspector and my title company to iron out a few wrinkles that came up. They were mostly resolved before I even had the chance to read his texts. Even after the closing, he has still reached out to me, to ensure I am taking care of the many details before my move. I assure you that this is not a paid for review, but he really is THAT good.

Great service with a complicated real estate transaction

Aaron did a great job representing my aunt in the sale of her townhouse. He went above and beyond in making the house presentable for sale and negotiating with the buyer. I can recommend him and the ABTK Group without reservation and would use their services again if the need arises.

Aaron Burke is a Rock Star!

Aaron looked after my rental units in Lauderdale for a number of years including helping me manage some really tough maintenance issues as I was by that time living abroad. We just sold my last one which Aaron handled. It had a couple of complications, but we worked through them, and the deal was done super quickly. I am bit sad to be out of the market, and that I will not work in Aaron any more - but I hope he has some clients that appreciate his work and support as much as I did!
