Jennifer Bullock and team are amazing! Selling your home can be very stressful, but Jennifer, Aleigh, and Jimmy provided excellent service and support from our first meeting until our closing. They were in constant communication to explain, confirm, follow up, update, and make sure all details were handled promptly and efficiently. They responded to all emails, phone calls and texts very promptly. Any question asked was answered thoroughly. During our first meeting Jennifer did a walk through of our home and explained the selling process in great detail. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, trends, and current market activity. She set up a follow up time to review all details and coordinate a timeframe for pictures and going live with the sale. We felt completely confident in her ability to sell our home at the best price. She doesn't try to rush you and is very patient in the process of finding the house that fits your needs or wants. Even after the process of buying a.house is complete, she is willing to help you with any questions that you may have and willing to offer guidance. She will even find contractors and show up on your behalf to discuss your needs with the contractor when you are trying to add a fence, gutters, a shed, etc. to your property. Danielle is a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend her if you are buying or selling a house.
