We recently purchased a house through Jennifer Bullock and her team. We were purchasing in the Wilmington area from out of state, which means we weren't there in person to deal with the house. Jennifer and her team - especially Aleigh - were always on the task and really worked hard to not only close the deal, but to address concerns we had from afar by working with local contractors once the home inspection came through. Since we couldn't stop by the house when we had questions, they did for us. We really, really appreciated their advice, expertise and experience. And they did it all with a great positive attitude. Danielle and her team were outstanding in helping us find a home in an incredibly short time. We were forced to change our plans at the last minute in selling our home in our home state, and had very little time to find a home. Danielle was able to provide us with a significant number of options that were exactly what we were looking for on a Friday, and gave us highly detailed virtual tours as we were unable to visit in person to do our viewing. By the following Monday we were under contract for our dream home, and were able to close within a highly short time period. We could not recommend this team more highly.
