Katie was fantabulous!!! Traveling from Mason, Ohio to Wilmington, North Carolina to get familiar with the area was the goal. Katie sent me some homes each week in advance to understand my expectations and clarify my interest. She was flexible, patient, and generous with her time. I only had an afternoon on Friday and morning on Saturday and by the end of the day we had an offer that turned into a closing shortly after. Just a great outcome by a true professional!!! Jennifer was super helpful during my house hunting and closing. My wait on my home sale was nerve wracking but she encouraged me and kept touch ready to help me once I could look for properties here. She was super knowledgeable about the area and helped me to “see” all the details of properties especially when I was overlooking some negative details. The best thing about my experience with Michelle Ayer was she took the burden of everything off of my shoulders and I didn't have to worry about anything. Michelle explained the steps to selling our house and made it easy to understand. We had a booklet made just for us with all the details that we needed to know, including market value of houses around us and what they sold for. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I am looking forward to using the team to assisting me to find my forever condo! I would recommend this team to my family and friends!

Drew was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Helped us find a mortgage broker that was able to work with us and really took the time to explain the entire process to us. He also showed us almost 20 houses before we found “our house”.
