My first experience when reaching out to her by phone was that she was extremely warm, helpful, and personal. She was just the right combination of competent and professional, while spending lots of personal time with my sisters and I in order to get to know the family behind the transaction! She was there at the house at the drop of an hat to let in people to fix little things in and around the property so we wouldn’t have to make the trip to be there ourselves.
