REMAX Executive Realty | North Grafton

I really enjoyed working with Barbara Rybicki to sell my home. She was honest, engaging, proactive, and extremely detail-oriented throughout the entire process. Before I signed with her, Barbara gave me a fair and realistic assessment of the listing price, along with recommendations for the updates that would help position the home for a successful sale. She then helped me get those improvements completed within just three weeks. Once the work was finished, Barbara quickly arranged for the home to be staged and listed. Her preparation and attention to detail clearly paid off—the house received multiple offers during the very first open house. I can’t say enough about Barbara’s professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to her clients. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

Barbara was excellent! Can’t say enough about her. It took about a year to find the right home and she was patient, gave us needed information about the home, neighborhood and if it was worth it. She was very professional, always responded to our emails and texts and even became familiar with family members. It did feel like it was her home because she fought on our behalf. She treated my kids nicely even baked treats since they came along with us on home tours. Barbara is your realtor! You won’t be disappointed!

We had already moved by the time that our house went on the market. We counted on Barbara; she scheduled the showings and managed to get us multiple offers right away. The house sold quickly; it was a perfect outcome. She is upbeat and professional. Thanks again for all of your efforts on our behalf.

agent. ‍ Barbara was excellent from start to finish. She was professional, experienced, friendly and always answered our questions, no matter how complicated they were. We interviewed several real estate agents but Barbara was the best person to handle the sale of our house. We can’t recommend her enough!

Barbara represented the sellers for a house we just bought. She was wonderful to work with. Barbara is very knowledgeable, funny, courteous, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor that they can trust.

Barbara has deep knowledge about the real estate market and gave me excellent advice on prepping my house for sale, connected me to an amazing painter/"jack of all trades" to help refresh my house, and then to the right attorney for me. It may be easier to say that she was my single point of contact for the whole thing. Her approach is upbeat, optimistic, and she absolutely went above and beyond for me!!
