Barbara has deep knowledge about the real estate market and gave me excellent advice on prepping my house for sale, connected me to an amazing painter/"jack of all trades" to help refresh my house, and then to the right attorney for me. It may be easier to say that she was my single point of contact for the whole thing. Her approach is upbeat, optimistic, and she absolutely went above and beyond for me!!

Barbara takes a very active approach to selling commercial real estate. She does a great job marketing the property, following up with potential buyers and communicating with the seller. Even though her firm doesn’t exclusively sell commercial RE she proved superior at selling our property to the agent from a commercial specialist. She has many years experience and effectively manages the many steps to closing. I would highly recommend working with her
