Our buying experience with Todd was phenomenal, yes there are highs and LOWS when home buying but Todd took care of us all the way. His knowledge of the market is very impressive and he makes sure that a client is educated, extremely well, on all of the details of the home buying process. Todd is not pushy, he's not interested in just another closing. Todd wants to help find the right house for you and make sure that you'll be happy there. We gave him a fairly complicated criteria list for the home we were looking for, he didn't try to show us homes that didn't' meet the needs, never pushed for our decision, didn't' try to sway us to a decision or get frustrated when we said no to a home that met the requirements but just wasn't right. Todd is a BUSY man with many clients but he would always treat us like we were the only ones, no matter how frustrating we were or how busy he was. He would take phone calls well outside of normal business hours, early or late, was always sending e-mails with listings at times when no one was awake in Jacksonville and didn't have days of the week where he wasn't willing to jump in the car and drive 10 mins to 1.5 hrs. away to show a home if it was available. He was always there when needed, has outstanding communication skills, is extremely intelligent in his field and actually cares about you being happy with the home you buy. Todd always had our back when it came to negotiating price or requests from either party of an offer and would advise, professionally, if something wasn't right with any aspect of an offer or counter offer. It was great to work with a realtor who had our best interests at heart and not just another commission check on their mind. Not only did Todd work tirelessly on getting us into our home, he placed the same amount of time and energy into selling one of my other homes during the same time period. Without a doubt Todd Erickson made our home buying and selling process a 5-star, A++ experience!

I was a first time home buyer and needless to say, I had lots of emotions about it. The thought of purchasing a home was beyond overwhelming - I had no idea where to start! I recently had to sell my sister in laws house when she passed away suddenly. I lived about 4 hours from her home and did not know anyone in the area. A realtor, Alexis Pierson was highly recommended by one of the neighbors and after the initial meeting we gave Alexis the listing. There were multiple challenges such as minor repairs which were needed, the fireplace insert needing to be replaced, a mantle installation to name a few. Being 4 hours away and working a full time job added to my concerns of how we were going to manage however Alexis took care of everything. She knew contractors/businesses and set up and oversaw all of the repairs. She kept me fully informed of the progress and when the house was ready to list she made sure it was being shown to its best advantage. Alexis marketed the property beautifully and within 2 days there were numerous showings and multiple offers received. Once an offer was accepted Alexis continued to update me on the process of a house heading to closing. Alexis made sure I received the documents needed, in a timely manner, and did not stop working with me until the closing was finalized and she notified me of the completion. I can say, without any doubt, that I could not have managed everything involved with selling this property without Alexis and her team.
