She was able to give us really solid advice on what yo update to get the best price, and what could be covered by offering a home warranty. We live in another state from where the house was, and she was on TOP of making sure everything went smoothly - we never had to travel even once. She was able to work with all of our repair people directly, and took a large part of the work of getting the house to market off our shoulders.
