I will reiterate what I have mentioned before in that Candace went beyond the scope of what I thought a realtor/broker should do. I cant thank her enough for all her help and understanding. She certainly saved my sanity more than once!! Since this was a difficult transaction that was really critical to me. I'm really glad I had her in my corner!

Jessica was the listing agent for the house I wanted to purchase. I felt she was dependable and decided to engage her as my buyer's agent as well. Our transaction was pretty smooth. She handled all the paperwork efficiently without any problems. When we closed escrow, there were a few matters between me and the seller. Jessica stepped in and handled everything masterfully. She will take care of things--even when technically she has no more responsibilities--because she care about her clients. I would use her as my agent if I ever needed to buy or sell a home in the future.
