Triple Crown WINNER!

We have bought and sold houses over a dozen times in various regions of the U.S. Moving to Bend as “newbies” (2500+ miles away) we were in need of an agent who would engage with us over a condensed schedule such that we could get a comprehensive overview and acclimation to our search. Kenzie was one of referrals we were given. In plain words she just knocked it out of the park! In the three main categories of key assets - 1. Communication (listening as well as proving input), 2. Thoroughness (preparation/ organization/ promptness) 3. Incredible service

After signing with her, she arranged crews to make the house look perfect for pictures and video. The video was so impressive it almost made me not want to sell! She was great helping us negotiate the sale price, and finding workers to make corrections after the buyers inspection. The whole process was smooth and easy. Far superior to other realtors I’ve been involved with in the past.

Kenzie was amazing

Kenzie was amazing. She handled everything so efficiently. When we signed with her, she had crews out to make everything look perfect for the pictures and video. After the buyers inspection, she helped find people to make requested repairs. She is friendly and easy to work with.

Kenzie is absolutely amazing! She helped me sell my house in Central Oregon last summer. It was my first home selling process and she was very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and supportive. It was an unconventional, homestead-style home and with her vision and expertise, we had multiple offers in the first couple of weeks on the market. I couldn’t believe it!
