Kenzie is very knowledgeable regarding the Bend neighborhoods, pros and cons of each. She is competent in home repairs and remodeling so quick with resolutions to questions on condition of homes we visited. All recommendations on inspections regarding multiple home systems were excellent, we will be those companies in the future. She is quick with any correspondence to address our questions and concerns . Most importantly she is a very pleasant person and had our best interest in mind.

Kenzie is the most pro-active and most communicative and organized realtor I’ve ever worked with in my 15 house transactions. She is super nice and energetic. She is adept at negotiating and holds her ground and explains what are reasonable buyer and seller requests versus not. She sends out calendar invites for all important events and transactions so we could keep up on all the rolling balls. She knows the market well.
