Kenzie is the best in the game! She helped us with a two year search for our home when our needs kept changing she didn’t blink an eye, when we found our dream home she was such a breeze to work with while being so meticulous in the negotiations and inspection. She even helped us get a contractor in right away to help make it our own! Would highly recommend Kenzie to help buy or sell your home, and she has become a wonderful friend in this beautiful town! Kenzie was an outstanding choice for my first time buying a home. She was always quick with a response, very quick to call back on the rare occasion she didn't answer the phone, and extremely informative. She would find different ways of explaining something if it still didn't make sense after the first explanation. She fought tough with my lender to get me a better rate and was happy to provide other contacts when it didn't look like I was going get the best rate. Will definitely be contacting her if I choose to look into buying an other house.

If I had to sum it up, it would be that Kenzie is a real estate rockstar! I’ve worked with several agents before but one of the things that stood out to me early was Kenzie’s drive to get to know us and then match us with ideal places that fit what we wanted. Kenzie is not only an unbelievable realtor who works incredibly hard, but most importantly she is such a great person. This was my first experience buying a home, and Kenzie was so kind and patient the entire time. Initially my partner and I went in with an idea of what we were looking for, and while Kenzie worked extremely hard to help us find what we were initially looking for, she always stayed super open minded, and her priority was helping us find a place that was right. We had a budget in mind, and her goal was always to help us find a place under budget. Long story short, we ended up finding our dream home. This home wasn't in the location we originally thought we wanted, but Kenzie led us with such grace and we ended up finding a home that was perfect for us in a location we couldn't have even dreamed of. We thought we wanted something, and ended up finding what we needed and what felt most right. I don't have enough good things to say about Kenzie. Kenzie got to know us as people first, got acquainted with our taste and style of living, and very quickly had a great idea of what we were looking for. You could tell that her goal isn't just to get you to sign as quickly as possible, she wants to make sure that you love what you find, and if you don't love it, there is no settling. Kenzie was an absolute DREAM to work with and is the BEST real estate agent ever. I've been in touch with Kenzie over the past year and have loosely talked about wanting to buy my first home/investment property in Bend. She's always kept me in the loop on available properties, and she has always 100% catered to what my "wants" were. When a property became available that was (literally) too good to be true, and I decided to jump on it, Kenzie made the process so easy, painless, and fun. This was my first home purchase, and despite all of the things that go into it, Kenzie was so on top of it and managed the process for me in such an effortless way. Not only that, but I really trusted her to have my best interests in mind at all times, and she somehow managed to get us from offer accepted to close in less than 3 weeks. I could not recommend her enough, and if I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. She is an absolute ROCKSTAR at what she does!

Kenzie was AMAZING! She was very helpful in narrowing down what i was looking for. She listened to my concerns and appropriately gave constructive feedback while also validating my feelings/concerns. Her knowledge of the area was top notch which was so helpful to me since I had just moved to town and didn’t know anything. She excels at her job, and it’s clear she very passionate about it.
