Kenzie was an outstanding choice for my first time buying a home. She was always quick with a response, very quick to call back on the rare occasion she didn't answer the phone, and extremely informative. She would find different ways of explaining something if it still didn't make sense after the first explanation. She fought tough with my lender to get me a better rate and was happy to provide other contacts when it didn't look like I was going get the best rate. Will definitely be contacting her if I choose to look into buying an other house.

She knows someone for everything, making not only the loan process and contracting process easy, but was able to answer our endless questions easily as well. We looked at a lot of houses, and Kenzie was always willing to be candid and straightforward about her thoughts on a particular house or piece of land. She goes above and beyond, helping us with every aspect of the home buying process. Kenzie is not only an unbelievable realtor who works incredibly hard, but most importantly she is such a great person. This was my first experience buying a home, and Kenzie was so kind and patient the entire time. Initially my partner and I went in with an idea of what we were looking for, and while Kenzie worked extremely hard to help us find what we were initially looking for, she always stayed super open minded, and her priority was helping us find a place that was right. We had a budget in mind, and her goal was always to help us find a place under budget. Long story short, we ended up finding our dream home. This home wasn't in the location we originally thought we wanted, but Kenzie led us with such grace and we ended up finding a home that was perfect for us in a location we couldn't have even dreamed of. We thought we wanted something, and ended up finding what we needed and what felt most right. I don't have enough good things to say about Kenzie. Kenzie got to know us as people first, got acquainted with our taste and style of living, and very quickly had a great idea of what we were looking for. You could tell that her goal isn't just to get you to sign as quickly as possible, she wants to make sure that you love what you find, and if you don't love it, there is no settling. Kenzie was an absolute DREAM to work with and is the BEST real estate agent ever. I've been in touch with Kenzie over the past year and have loosely talked about wanting to buy my first home/investment property in Bend. She's always kept me in the loop on available properties, and she has always 100% catered to what my "wants" were. When a property became available that was (literally) too good to be true, and I decided to jump on it, Kenzie made the process so easy, painless, and fun. This was my first home purchase, and despite all of the things that go into it, Kenzie was so on top of it and managed the process for me in such an effortless way. Not only that, but I really trusted her to have my best interests in mind at all times, and she somehow managed to get us from offer accepted to close in less than 3 weeks.
