Wendy was amazing! She had an excellent understanding of pricing in the neighborhood, which in turn made us more money than I think we could have got with another real estate agent. Wendy responded to our request almost immediately after we sent them. My wife and I have two kids and both work, so we were on restrictive schedules. Wendy always made time for us and made our tight schedules work. She gave us suggestions on how to stage our home and I believe they paid off. After we got into contract, she had a number of contacts to make everything go smoothly. She went above and beyond to make our experience a great one and I would recommend her to anyone who is wanting to make top dollar on their home and have a pleasant experience while doing it.

Wendy helped me to sell a house and buy a new house during the summer of 2018. It was tricky to be both a buyer and a seller at the same time, but Wendy made both transactions very fluid and easy to track with a weekly to do list. She is excellent at managing details and was consistently keeping me in the loop of everything that was happening, as well as what to expect next. Her knowledge of the real estate market is impressive and she is a true professional in every sense of the word. I think what sets Wendy apart as a realtor, is the way that she cares for her clients. Her compassion for others really keeps her in tune with her customers. I knew she was representing me without reserve and I sincerely appreciated the way that she went out of her way to research my situation and provide the best possible advice, so that I could make informed choices.
