Lacy has a way with folks, other realtors wish they could remotely master. From start to finish it was a breeze, thanks to her. Being extremely knowledgeable, organized, supportive and kind is what I was impressed with and not once was I worried. You can’t find gems like her too often, I’m grateful to have had her by our side throughout the entire process. After each phone call or email, my husband would say to me, “She’s on top of it!” I agree, she was. Honestly, she was flawless!

Buying a new home can be an overwhelming experience, but with the right realtor, much of that stress can be eliminated. Lucy Hatton was the right realtor. I have bought several homes and this was the best experience, by far. Lucy was excellent at communicating with me about showings, inspections, appraisals, etc. and even handled making the appointments for me. I never felt rushed or pushed into decisions. She provided me with comps with other homes in the area, so that I was able to make an informed offer on my new home. I felt very comfortable and confident with having Lucy as my realtor. Tyanne is amazing & she cares about people. She is super helpful and takes pride in making sure the details are in order. She helped stain our entryway stairs where our dogs had roughed it up just to make sure it was ready for showings.
