We looked around before choosing Lacy to help us sell our home. When we met her, we were impressed by her professionalism, her knowledge of the area, and her friendliness. But we never imagined selling a house could be so easy! She took care of us every step of the way. Her communication and follow up with us was incredible, fast, and thorough. She was good at helping identify any issues that might have prevented us from having a good, quick sale. Then to resolve those issues, she had an extensive network of service providers who did excellent work. (Minor repairs, cosmetic issues, cleaning service, etc.) The photographer she used made our house look so good that we almost didn't want to sell! Together, my husband and I have bought and sold 6 houses. This was by far the best, smoothest, and simplest house sale we've experienced -- thanks to Lacy. Literally every step of the way, Lacy was there to make things easier. When I had a minor meltdown (because moving is hard) Lacy showed up at my door with ice cream and a sympathtic ear. I can't promise she will bring you ice cream, but I can promise that Lacy is amazing at what she does. We could not be happier. We highly recommend Lacy Hatton to help you sell your house.

Lacy was amazing to work with. She was so patient with us as we found the perfect house for our small family. Scheduling with her was so easy and she was the sweetest woman!
