SUSAN LEWIS WAS A TOP KNOTCH AGENT. SHE TOOK ON A LISTING THAT NEEDED SO MUCH REPAIR. THE PROPERTY WAS A MESS AND I DID NOT THINK WE COULD GET ANY MONEY FOR IT. HER KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE MARKET TRENDS WAS INCREDIBLE. SHE COUNSELED ME ON THE BEST OPTIONS TO MAKE THE PROPERTY APPEAL TO BUYERS. We met Edgar at an open house he was hosting and decided to engage him to help us search for a new home. Edgar was promptly available when we wanted to look at a home and was patient as we looked at many homes. When we found the home we purchased Edgar recommended a great inspection company and attended the inspection with us. Edgar was very helpful in following up with the seller and their agent to make sure the punch list items were repaired to our satisfaction. Edgar has a great demeanor and is a pleasure to work with.
