Karin Mann is a wonderful realtor. She looked hard for what we wanted and advised us A LOT as we are 1st time buyers. No question was a silly question and she never grew impatient with us. She didn't try to push us in to the first house we liked, which showed us she was looking out for us, not her bank account. We felt very relaxed with Karin and knew we could trust her.
