Kerry was the best- patient, kind, and knowledgeable about the local market. We were purchasing a second home and much of our search was remote. She offered great advice, conducted remote walkthroughs for us, and was patient when we changed exactly what we were looking for. Any time we were in town she set up walkthroughs of potential places. In the hectic final push towards closing she was a huge asset and provided great support. We would definitely work with her again in a heartbeat!

11 years ago I bought a property by Karin Mann. Now Karin helped me sell the same house. Being a Non-American complicates all paper work. Karin helped me all the way. Her knowledge and experience impressed me. She knows the market and area and I felt safe and secure in her capable hands. I can honestly say that I could not have got a better agent.
