If anyone among my family or friends ever look for a realtor in Brevard I will always recommend Connie. She is the most professional, patient and personable agent I have ever worked with. We were pretty new to the estate market in Florida when we contacted Connie. But with Connie on our side we always felt like everything is going to go well and nothing will be overlooked or missed. Thanks to Connie we were able to beat the world record in closing on a property - which took less than two weeks and during a Christmas season! It was a fantastic experience, and we heartily recommend Connie to buyers and sellers.

I found in my real estate agent the support from the beginning of the whole process until after the closing. He is well informed, and maintains communication regularly, always aiming for the successful sale.

An͏ agent who gets the job done. Connie͏ was knowledgeable and experienced. She came to encounters prepared and with documentation of what she based her evaluations on. She listened to feedback from other realtors showing the home and was able to provide suggestions and guide us to improvements we could make to earn top dollar. She was stellar and I would definitely recommend her to others.

We started the conversation months before as one of our family goals. Thanks to Edgar and Melanie this goal became a reality, we got the house we wanted and some great friends. I will always recommend them because their experience and empathy make everything flow as it should at the perfect time. They make the best team and help in everything, before, during and after the buying process and they are very professional.

I happened upon Ms. Mann when she pulled into a parking lot to check her messages. After speaking with her about my desire to sell my beachside townhouse and find something more suitable for my needs, she took my information and contacted me within a day or two. She came to understand my situation quickly and immediately responded back. Her knowledge and expertise were evident and her professionalism was outstanding. Within a short time I had my townhouse listed and within 4 days of the listing I had a contract. I decided to use her for my search for a new home and she was equally prepared and responsive to my requirements. I was so pleased that I am telling my friends and family to contact her first if they want a smooth and uncomplicated process!

Best͏ in the industry! Connie is everything a great realtor is. She high energy, highly knowledgeable, and highly punctual. She and I did the impossible in the crazy February 2022 market. We beat a cash offer with a conventional loan. If you're looking to buy, hire Connie.
