Kerry is incredibly knowledgeable of the market and area, extremely calm under any pressure, and is always available to answer questions or help guide you along the way. There was never a moment that I was not able to text or call and get clear answers to any and all of my sometimes random questions. I have had the pleasure of using her skills multiple times, so when dealing with real estate in Florida, she is the only person I will ever use or recommend. Many stressful things can happen when buying or selling a home. So when your realtor is calm and 5 steps ahead of anything that comes up, it makes the world of a difference.
