I found Krissy through a mutual friend, and she was incredible! Within a week not only did she find a house that I made an offer on and got it, but she guided me personally on every step and procedure; from securing funding, insurance, utilities, and even handymen to help repair some things that needed fixing. If I had to sum her up to anyone I would say that Krissy is respectful, knowledgeable, resourceful, and understanding. Highly recommend her to anyone who is actively looking. 5 out of 5 stars.

My father passed away, Mom has dementia and we needed to sell their property in Florida (we are in PA). I honestly diss not look forward to selling a home long distance. Barbara stepped up and made it as painless as possible! From arranging the estate sale to paying up front for repairs at the home, constant communication and updates. She “held my hand” through it all. I am so grateful and more than satisfied with her service. I have another property that will be sold and it will be listed with Barbara!
