Loved working with The Stellar Agent - Daniel Benzaken. He made the marketing of my home very comprehensive with luxury photos, floorplans, digital, print and social media advertising and the sale painless with lawyers, contingencies and timing. It was a great experience and when I recommended him to my in-laws after their listing expired, he did even more work getting their home ready and got their house in contract within 60 days. I’d recommend him.

I contacted Daniel for one of his listings in the midwood area and he was smart - knew all the comps in the building down to the price per square foot - honest in how he discussed the potential value of the listing, and a gentleman to me and my family. He represented the seller in the transaction and negotiated for the needs of the seller but everything he said was based on data and after meeting with him, I felt that we could trust working directly with him. After spending a few months getting to the closing table, there was a discrepancy with the accounting on the seller’s attorney side that caused some real friction. Daniel went above and beyond in remedying the discrepancy, allowing us to get to the closing table where the lawyers caught the issue. Most agents would have let the lawyers fight it out, but he kept everyone grounded and I would gladly refer him to my friends and family.

If you are looking for a top of the line realtor, look no further, Joe is it! He is knowledgeable, timely and dependable. Truly has the best interest of his clients and he’s not afraid to give you honest feedback in order to lead you in the right direction. I dont do well with “sales” people and I can say, Joe was never pushy at all. I felt comfortable from beginning to end and he made the whole process painless. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

I was searching online for apartment in Sheepshead bay area April, 2021, and just happened contacted with Anzhela Staraya. She was seller's real estate agent. Then she became my agent as well. I had a great time working with Anzhela. She is incurable knowledgeable. She guided me through a complicated application procedure. Finally, I got my dream apartment. As a first time buyer, it would be difficult to get my apartment in three months, without depended on Anzhela's knowledge, communication skill, patience, honest, and hard work. Most importantly, she understood me, and put her soul in her job. I strongly recommend Anzhela to other buyers, or sellers. She is an amazing real estate broker.

Joe was a 2nd listing broker, the 1st one burnt me. While Joe is a modest and down to earth guy, he is a great professional, that kind of person who does not talk much, but when he does, he puts a lot of weight and sense in his words. He puts the doubts that I have to rest instantaneously. After examining the property with Joe, I immediately had a very comforting and light feeling. Joe is very polite and responsive. He exhibited his leadership skills when the situation called for it. The transaction would not be completed If it was not for Joe. He followed up with a mortgage banker, the buyer, attorneys and all other parties involved. He created daily status update schedule calls and followed it religiously. If you want your property sold, don’t hesitate to list it with Joe – great and pleasant human being and a courteous professional. I highly recommend Joe for your real estate needs.

Joe has strong real estate knowledge from years experience. He answered all my questions with selling, even my buying, other property related matter. He has grear connections with many potential buyers who follow him around. Joe got my condo moving to contracting before posting to zillow within a few hours. He coordinates the showing, contracting, closing and final walk through very well. Joe makes sure both buyer and seller both in agreement with max benefits. He had just finished final walk through at 730PM for my condo. Lastly Joe has exceeded my expectation. I definetely recommend him for selling and buying. Five star + agent ?.

"Olga was the last (Thank God) realtor who finally helped me with the sell of my condo. I am infinitely grateful to Olga for all work that was done. She is not only a very professional realtor with an amazing negotiation skill, but also, she is (and this is much more important) a very good person with a kind heart and great patience. Olga is a hard-working professional who is willing to walk an extra mile for her client. I live far from the condo that was listed for sell and numerous times had to ask Olga for a small and no so small favors. Never she refused to help me and never showed displeasure that she must do an extra work or pick up something or drop off something. One more quality that I appreciated a lot is that Olga never kept in the dark or poorly informed of what was happening. Olga is a very good judge of characters and always advised me wisely on what to do. I could write much more about Olga, but I think that you already got the picture. With an open heart and full responsibility, I can recommend Olga Moldavsky to anyone who is looking for a great realtor in Brooklyn. Ella Langman"
