Rus and his team were smooth, efficient and highly effective. They performed and produced: from listing to closing in 2 months! Kudos to Daniel, Sonia and Ruslan. My wife and I were very busy renovating our new home and were content to simply assign the team the task of selling our old home while we concentrated on the new one. They went to work and delivered. Additionally, they were polite, personable, prompt, professional and engaging, and Rus gets special mention for being firm, assertive, even aggressive if a circumstance required. Thanks guys! You have our highest recommendations.

Working with Kalin was a pleasure. He was 110% involved and committed to selling our Bklyn co-op. He told me that he'd sell it by the end of July and we did have a verbal by then and closed 2-1/2 months later. He gave me good advice, was responsive and always made himself available. Thanks Kalin - sorry it took me so long to share my story.

Anzhela was very responsive and professional and overall a pleasure to work with. She took the initiative and knew exactly what needed to be done to be able to sell our apartment fast and with minimal effort for us. She answered all our questions and helped us find an attorney for the closing. Our experience with her was smooth and I’d gladly work with her again!

Angela Staraya helped us with purchasing a coop. After trying to deal with some other agents before meeting Angela we felt a little anxious about the process. Angela has been super helpful, she walked us through the entire process, helped us with the application and answered all our questions. She was always responsive and helpful. She always responded to all my calls and texts promptly. Our experience working with Angela was just amazing; she always stayed on top of things. I would recommend Angela to all of my family and friends for all of their real estate needs!

Olga represented me in the sale of my Brooklyn coop. At all times, Olga was professional, courteous and, above all, competent. Olga had a realistic approach and was forthright with me about the market and the complexities of coop sales in Brooklyn. She successfully helped me selling my Coop apartment in Brooklyn in the midst of COVID. I wholeheartedly recommend Olga Moldavsky, an exemplary realtor, who is professional, personable, and effective. Thanks you, Olga!!!

Angela is just amazing and can work the magic for your property. I could not be happier with the purchase of my apartment back in 2008, so immediately called Angela when decided to sell it in 2021. While living in NJ, Angela took the whole process in her hands and found the handyman to make the necessary fixes and cleaning, so I didn't have to spend time on travel and taking care of it myself. The attorney Angela referred me to for the sale was incredible and at the end I couldn't be happier! You are my super star agent and I know who to reach out in the local market for the next real estate transaction. Thank you!
