Anzhela Staraya was more than helpful in finding us an apartment in Brooklyn. She was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great apartment that fit right in our price range! She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Would totally work with her again. Highly recommend!

I worked with Anzhela before, she is an excellent agent. She listed my place in November and we were in contract in 3 weeks, at the asking price. She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!

"I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Olga. I am a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with a couple of realtors before Olga, but I knew instantly that she was the one for me. She really helped to take the pressure off of me in this experience. From day 1, Olga was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Olga was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. I am so glad to have found Olga and will be recommending her to everyone who is planning on buying or selling a home."

We had our home listed for over a year with a different agent and when the listing expired for the second time, we hired Daniel and are so thankful we did. He gave us a full analysis of our home and the market around us, gave us his contractor to patch & paint, staged every photo with his professional photographer, and took drone shots of the neighborhood that ultimately got us a lot of attention. With weekly open houses, offers came in within the first month and we got into contract within 44 days. This was after trying to sell for over a year with another agency! And with the inspection, lawyers, bank and buyers agent, he always got involved, took care of any bumps on the road and got all parties to close asap. Daniel really is a first class agent, I'd recommend him to all my friends and family.
