Anzhela is truly a very knowledgeable and hard-working seller's agent. We listed our house in the middle of the COVID mess. Knowing that the market was sinking, we interviewed 7 real estate agents, each with high "recent sale" numbers in our neighborhood. From the 7, we chose Anzhela because she truly came off very genuine and gave us a realistic but hopeful view of what we were in for. Through every step of the process, she was very transparent and extremely responsive. She is very detail-oriented and a perfectionist, which ultimately worked out in our favor. There wasn't a single time that I called her where she took longer than 10-15 mins to get back to me. No detail was too small for her to worry about and make right, from pictures to a detailed description of the house to arranging open houses with amazing turnouts.
