My wife and I were first time home buyers. We didn't know much going into buying a condo and as you can imagine it was quiet scary. We were searching for over a year and a half with multiple different brokers. It seemed like some brokers we worked with were not engaged. It seemed like I was offering them listings as opposed to them showing me listings. Olga and her team were the complete opposite. Olga at first tried to find out what we wanted. Then gave us many different options as to what we can get for the price we were looking at and where. She told us about different neighborhoods and the relative pricing and what is great about the neighborhoods.
