Joe helped me sell my house quickly and for over the asking price. We received multiple offers, and he did a great job negotiating to get the best deal for me. The property had tenants, which made the sale more complicated, but Joe helped communicate with them and worked with them on moving out. He also handled a lot of the communication and negotiation with the buyer’s agent and attorneys. There were also some property violations that needed to be taken care of, and Joe helped guide me through the process and gave me a lot of useful advice along the way.
