I had to sell my deceased mom’s co-op in Brooklyn. I found Faig online and found him to be caring, supportive and very personable from our very first call. I am a dentist who cares about his patients and I found that Faig took as good care of me as I aspire to treat my patients. The process was a long one. Faig was able to help me decide what renovations needed to be done and was able to help me decide on a price. He was even able to connect me with an attorney to handle the closing. The co-op is now sold. If you are reading this review then you should call Faig and talk with him. I am sure that you will not be disappointed. Good people are hard to find- Faig is one of the good ones.

Just closed a home purchase. Olga represented a seller and I was a buyer, so I can be impartial. Ms. Moldavsky was great. A broker any seller would love to work with. Intelligent, knowledgeable, organized and responsive. Every document we requested (often during weekends or late evening) were provided within 1 hour. She walked us through the whole process, although strictly speaking it wasn’t here responsibility. Great knowledge of the market (she knew it would take a while with appraisal) , interpersonal skills and integrity. The seller told me quite a few times during the closing how she made his life easier. Highly recommended.
