Joe Hun (Zhu) is the best of the best

Joe Hun (Zhu) is the best of the best. I was referred to him by my friends, whom I knew for 25 years and trust them. And!!I am very happy to have found Joe!Joe did a fantastic job on selling my house! I did almost nothing in the process in organizing viewings, coordinating buyers visits with all my tenants, checking about potential buyers concernsI literally did not have to participate. He handled the process very smoothly. At the closing he handled the buyer / seller transfers in the best possible way.He comes highly recommended!

Joe just sold 2 properties over 200k higher than asking for us

Joe Zhu of ReMax Realty just sold 2 properties for us. He was able to get MANY competing bids, optimizing sales price. He did a great job accommodating our schedule around the sale as well. Extremely nice guy to deal with! Sales were seamless and closed on time. Would highly recommend Joe Zhu at ReMax Realty to list and sell your property. Good job Joe!!

Joe helped me sell my house quickly and for over the asking price

Joe helped me sell my house quickly and for over the asking price. We received multiple offers, and he did a great job negotiating to get the best deal for me. The property had tenants, which made the sale more complicated, but Joe helped communicate with them and worked with them on moving out. He also handled a lot of the communication and negotiation with the buyer’s agent and attorneys. There were also some property violations that needed to be taken care of, and Joe helped guide me through the process and gave me a lot of useful advice along the way. Throughout the entire transaction, I felt that Joe was always protecting my best interests. He was responsive, experienced, and worked hard to make sure the deal closed successfully. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend Joe Zhu to anyone looking to sell a property.
