Selling my childhood family home was extremely emotional, and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent—or wife—to handle it. Pam treated the sale with the same professionalism, dedication and attention she gives every client, while understanding exactly what this home meant to me and my family. She made a difficult and emotional process as smooth as possible. I’m incredibly proud of her and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

We could not have asked for a better realtor than Pam. From the beginning, her patience, candor, professionalism, and genuine dedication were clear. She is honest and direct while still being warm, approachable, and thoughtful. We always felt comfortable asking questions and trusted her guidance. Our search involved more than finding a home for my husband and me—we needed a home that could comfortably accommodate Nana while still feeling like our own. Pam understood that balance from the start and kept everyone’s needs in mind throughout the process. Before Pam, we worked with another realtor who showed us fewer than five homes and often sent properties above our budget or that simply wouldn’t work for Nana. The difference with Pam was immediate. She didn’t blindly send listings; she actually reviewed them and regularly sent us homes that made sense for our budget, location, and specific needs. Her attention to detail saved us time and showed that she truly listened. Pam also SHOWS UP. She attended every showing, guided us through every important step, and was consistently responsive. Real estate isn’t a part-time job for her—it’s her full-time profession, and her years of experience show. As first-time homebuyers, we also greatly appreciated her network of trusted professionals and resources. When you’re new to homeownership, having someone experienced who can connect you with the right people is invaluable. Most importantly, Pam never made us feel rushed or unreasonable for having specific requirements. She gave us the patience and guidance we needed until we found a home that worked for Nana AND for us. We are incredibly grateful for Pam’s time, honesty, work ethic, and care. If you want a realtor who truly listens, knows her field, tells you the truth, and genuinely shows up for her clients, we cannot recommend Pam enough.
