I had recently moved far enough away that I did not have easy access to the house I was selling. Couple that with a family death and a baby on the way and we had A LOT of things going on at once. At no point in time did I feel worried about the sale process. They kept me informed throughout the process and made a stressful time for me and my family less stressful. Tina knows her business! She is on point all the time! She was always there with answers to my questions, and sometimes answered them before I could ask! We looked at so many, and Tina kept saying the right one will come! She new I just had to wait, be patient. Then things happened and we had to wait. She never forgot about me! She kept in touch like true friend, checking in on me, and making sure when I was ready she was too! Then it happened just like she said! My new home came up and we snatched it right off the market! She was great! Tina and Maddie are one heck of a TEAM! They handled things that came up like the PROS that they are!! I could not be happier with the care they put in everything they do from start to finish and beyond! They are still helping me to this day with things I am finding that I need, from referrals to people in community or just helping with advice! They are friends for life!! OF COURSE!! Wes is knowledgeable and knows construction. He has done contracting work in his previous carrier and due to which he is a resource. He would give you both good and bad about the house. He made the process easy and a learning experience. Would definitely recommend him. Specially if you are first time home buyer, you want Wes to be your agent.
