The team was amazing. They went through all the details with me from start to finish and stayed in touch regularly. I was out-of-state, so they even did walkthroughs on video call with me. Even after I got the keys, they continued to help out with things like the homestead exception, reaching out to the seller to get the lockboxes taken down, and just checking in to make sure I didn't need anything. I plan to be in this house for a long time, but when I decide to move I'll be going them again.

Not only did Randy’s team educate us, but they guided us with wisdom as we made the biggest financial investment we’d ever made up to that point. They were patient with us as we saved up to be ready to buy. When we were ready, they hopped right on board with us and got to work! Their team worked seamlessly together with excellent communication among themselves. Each step of the process was effortlessly smooth, and the showings, negotiations and eventual celebrations were a such joy to experience alongside them. Michelle worked quickly to book showings for us. She even shared her “mom wisdom” at each showing to help us envision our growing family in each home.
