Laurie did a great job. She gave me advice on what I should and should not do to prep the house for sale. She advised me what was unnecessary as well as what needed top priority. Her communication was top notch, starting while I was doing repairs/cleanup and through closing. Here knowledge of the local market was great. Always available and willing to do extra to make the experience easier on you. Explaining everything you need to know while also offer things your house might need where to get them or who to talk to. Isn't just going in trying to sell you whatever she will tell you whether or not the house is something worth getting or not.
