Abe was a partner in selling my mother's home from the initial discussions until closing. He collaborated with me up front after his first walk-through of the property to make the best recommendations for return on any investment for updates versus potential selling price. Abe kept a realistic view during this time, which helped drive the decisions made to get the home ready for sale. He again worked with me once the house was ready to list to ensure an attractive selling price was settled on. His attention to detail on the listing was amazing - although rooms were empty, he utilized AI to also show them furnished, giving prospective buyers a vision for what the home could look like with them living in it. This approach generated multiple offers in the first week the home was on the market. He helped me evaluate each offer received to select the eventual buyer.
