The email notifications of new listings worked great and we were able to monitor the market whenever any new property hit the market. Thanks to Crystal's recommendation on submitting a offer, we were selected as the winning bid on a home within 5 days of hitting the market. The entire process was smooth and Jim and Crystal did a great job. Highly recommended.
