As first-time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing as we started thinking about purchasing our first home. Kate is extremely knowledgeable and was there every step of the way during the process. Not only was she very responsive whenever we had questions or wanted to see a home, she made efforts to protect us as well. There were a couple of homes that we liked that, in retrospect, had red flags that we overlooked. Kate made sure that we thought about all of the pros and cons before we moved forward to putting in an offer on any home. I can’t recommend Kate enough, she did a great job in helping two inexperienced homebuyers find their first home!

Steve has so many years of real estate experience, I don't think there's anything he hasn't dealt with. He was willing to explain the current market along with his ideas for selling our home. We felt like Steve put our house and us, at the top of his priorities. When we had questions or concerns, we were able to call or text him and get a response quickly and he would helps us to continue to move forward. We really appreciate his level of service and the purchase price he got for our house!

I am out of state and I contacted Becky Johnson to sell my mother’s condominium. I made the right choice. It was not a simple sale. Due to personal circumstances, it took over a year and a half for us to get it on the market and Becky hung with us. Upon finally listing, we had an offer for over asking price the next day. Tim exudes complete professionalism regarding real estate. His skills are vast enough that he can provide detailed guidance throughout the process. I encourage you to contact him personally. As a first-time buyer I truly did not know many things. Meeting Tim was wonderful because he took time to get to know me, my needs, and wants for a home. A major concern was my allotted budget and Tim worked with me to ensure I was within that limit while getting a home meeting my needs and wants. He never treated my inexperience as an inconvenience and moved at a pace convenient for me. I can't say enough good things about him and his team.
