Jeff, was ontop of Everything, amd was very patient with us, with all the questions we had, and made a very difficult decision on our part, go as smoothly as possible, We cannot Thank him enough, he is very sweet and knows his Job well, and has many others working with him to get your house sold. Terri always responded to our texts or phone calls promptly (usually immediately). She knows the market...How to price our home, how to stage it, and other nuances that got us multiple (above asking price) offers. When we hit a personal glitch, she was right there with advice to overcome it quickly. Of the multiple realtors we've used over the years, nobody comes close to the service Terri provided.
