She came to the property several times, firstly top explain the listing and sale process to my mom and then on other occasions to evaluate the home's worth before and after significant improvements/repairs were completed. Marilyn is an exceptional buyers agent due to her encyclopedic knowledge of every subdivision and area we looked in. We saved a lot of time not having to look at listings we wouldn’t have purchased simply by listening to Marilyn’s experience and knowledge. She managed to eliminate lots of houses that looked good on the surface but wouldn’t measure up in person without us having to spend hours going from place to place. Great experience!
