She guided us through every step, answered all 1,000 of our questions and got the job done in record time! Our condo was only on the market for about 20 minutes - that's right - 20 MINUTES - and we had a cash offer!! We sold and closed in less than 15 days!! Jamey and his team members Diana and Frank helped us sell our Novi house in Spring, 2019. I would passionately recommend them to anybody since they made it the most worry-free house-sale experience in my life. The house was put on the market on March 6th, got an offer on March 11th and closed at the end of April!! Frank took the most marvelous pictures of the house and pointed out items that I needed to touch up in order to help sell fast. Diana is very friendly and responsive. And Jamey, the best seller in Novi, did a great job recommending the selling price and negotiating the final price which is several thousand dollars higher than we expected. I will hire this team for any real estates needs in the future.
