We purchased in a very difficult market but Diane persisted to ensure that we got into a house that was right for us. At no point did we ever feel pressured or forced into making any decisions, which was really important to us as first home buyers. Diane made herself available at any time of day and ensured that we were able to tour every single house that we were interested in. She was always punctual and ensured our offers were in well ahead of time.
