She worked with us for 4 years as we attempted to figure out the type of home we wanted and the price range we could afford. She was patient and never gave up on us She consistently encouraged us and remained committed to finding us the right house…and she delivered! Nobody, and I mean nobody is more connected to Lake Sherwood real estate than Sue. She knows about listings before they came to the market and always contacted us so we were the first to see the home in a very hot, seller’s market. She provided her fair assessment on price and pros/cons of every listing to help us objectively look at each prospective home. This was extremely valuable to us as we built our knowledge of the housing market in the area. When moving from Arizona to Michigan we found Tom and he exceeded any expectation we could of had of him as a realtor. Tom was always sending us updates and any house we found he gladly went to and did a walk through with us on Facetime so we could see the house. He pointed out things that we could not see in the photos or by video which saved us from buying the wrong property based on looks alone. Tom is very knowledgeable of the market, the area we were looking to move to and the safety for us and our dogs. When we were looking to buy a house never did I think we would buy it sight unseen but with Tom going to the property and spending time with us on Facetime and also answering all our questions we put in an offer sight unseen and we got the home.
