Once I made a decision of finding a new house, my plan was to do that with NO rush, as long as, I have a big and new Condominium, and Also because I was looking for some complicated features as distance from my work, not doing any construction, luxury entrance and with eligible price comparing to all these. But when I called Faye for the first time two months ago, I just finished the closing today. She is helpful, perfect, organized, and active all the time (even after hours and weekends). Even today after three hours from closing which (supposedly) her work done with me, she called to check if I went to city township to complete everything and to check if I added the utilities to my account. So, I advise anyone if he/she is looking to get a house to call Faye directly without doubt.

Derrick kept me apprised of all aspects of the property sale. He recommended the lawyer I needed for clearing up the title. He kept me informed about the buyers questions, and basically kept the sale moving through completion. Would not have wanted to do it without him.

Nathan was knowledgeable and up to date on available housing in our desired area. He kept us informed and always checked out any properties we inquired about.
